As a coach and executive sparring partner, opportunities frequently arise for me and my partners to coach and develop leaders and teams within the context of our projects. This often takes place as a complementary measure within a talent acquisition process, an assessment center, or a leadership development program.

My expertise in the area of leadership development is very broad. I bring experience from numerous subject areas and am able to quickly learn and apply existing training concepts.

2. Talent Acquisition und Diagnostics

a. Are you an HR manager or managing director and need to quickly fill an important vacancy?

b. Or do you lead a HR consulting focusing on talent acquisition and need short- or long-term support for your team?

I have a deep understanding of the value-creating areas of a company, as well as the corresponding job profiles. Therefore, I can quickly familiarize myself with new roles and conduct interviews on short notice. Naturally, I also bring numerous contacts from the FMCG/food and pharmaceutical industries.

If necessary, together with my partners and their back-offices, I am happy to handle the direct execution of the recruitment process.

c. Are you additionally interested in conducting an assessment center before making a final hiring decision but don’t know how or with whom?

To further improve the quality of new hires, particularly for leadership positions, a final, individually designed assessment center can be a highly valuable additional step alongside the search process. 

I also collaborate with highly qualified and experienced partners to create a tailored and efficient assessment center in a short time using various building blocks. This helps identify the most suitable candidate(s) from two or three top contenders.

3. Change Management / HR Prozess-Optimierung / Conflict Management

a. Are you an HR manager or managing director facing significant changes? And are you perhaps concerned about potential conflicts with the works council?

b. Or do you lead a consulting firm operating in the areas mentioned above and are you seeking additional support?

Corporate acquisitions, business transitions, offshoring—these are just a few examples of nearly continuous change processes. Such changes inevitably lead to organizational transformations, which often place substantial demands on change management. As part of this, there is frequently also the need to analyze and optimize HR processes. This ensures that your company continues to present itself as attractive and up-to-date on the labor market.

As an experienced consultant, I assist you - if necessary, together with my partners - in supporting all employees within the company optimally during these change processes. Furthermore, I advise and support you on all aspects of designing the new organization and optimizing HR processes.

Conflicts between management and works councils are generally unavoidable and always lead to friction and lost time. If the two parties cannot reach a mutually satisfactory internal solution, an external mediation body is often brought in. However, it can take many months to find the lead for such a mediation body, during which time progress is stalled.
Together with my partners (experienced labor lawyers and former works council chairpersons), I can provide much quicker support than a mediation body to analyze the conflict situation and facilitate workshops with both parties to explore and identify an effective and fair compromise.

4. Start-Up Support (specifically for Pharma in Europe)

Are you a CEO or CHRO in the pharmaceutical sector preparing to enter the European market? Are you looking for an experienced HR manager who has already gained extensive and relevant HR experience in numerous European markets?

I support you in building an organization in Europe and assist you in defining the key roles for a successful market entry while establishing the corresponding HR processes. I support you in the talent acquisition process as well as in all matters related to compensation & benefits and labor relations.

5. Stress-Management / Resilience

We all experience it every day: the digitalization of our work environment brings new challenges and demands. It is not always easy to find the right way to deal with these demands in a "healthy" manner.

In my previous HR leadership roles, I have dealt intensively with this topic and am therefore familiar with various training concepts.

I can therefore quickly assist consultancies in competently supporting newly acquired clients and delivering agreed-upon training programs.

Together with my partners, I can support companies through workshops or presentations to give this increasingly important topic more significance within the organization.

HR Interim Management

Are you a managing director seeking new leadership for your HR department? Or do you need to fill the position of HR leadership at short notice, e.g., due to illness, and have no internal solution?

I am happy to support you for a period of 6 to 9 months. Sometimes, just 2 to 3 days per week plus establishing an emergency contact number through which I can be reached is enough to lead the HR team, implement key HR tasks professionally, or ensure the continuation of already initiated measures.
This allows you to focus more of your time on preparing your company for other important tasks.
